Mt. Mitchell
Yesterday evening I was able to snap a few pictures at the Mount Mitchell Scenic Overlook in Atlantic Highlands. Up there you have a good view looking down on Sandy Hook, Staten Island, and NyC.

That third shot looks amazing with the colors from the sunset. Was this taken with your zoom lens?
Yes, it was taken using my 55-200mm lens. The Verrazano Bridge is about 11 to 13 miles from the lookout.
